MasterChef Tommy Pham’s Carrot Mac & Cheese With Zucchini


Tommy’s Carrot Mac & Cheese With Zucchini How-To Video
Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini roughly chopped
- 1 carrot roughly chopped
- 1 cup macaroni/penne (I used quinoa penne)
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 slices of tasty cheese
Optional
- Cheese for grating
Recipe
- Steam the carrots and zucchini until tender
- Boil pasta in pot and strain when al dente
- Add vegetables and milk into a pot and blend until smooth
- Add cheese to the pot and heat on low until cheese just melts
- Add cooked macaroni into the pot and stir until mixed evenly
- Serve as is or with a dusting of grated cheese (Miles loves the grated cheese he thinks it’s fun)
