VIC Free Kinder Funding

If you're a parent in Victoria with a child aged three to five years old, you may be eligible for free kindergarten funding through the Victorian Government's Free Kinder Program.

What is Free Kinder funding?

The Victorian Government offers Free Kinder funding for eligible children to support their learning and development in the year before they start school.
The Free Kinder Funding program is designed to ensure all children have access to the benefits of early learning, and intended to give children a strong foundation for a successful school experience.
Free Kinder Fundingcovers 15 hours of kindergarten per week. Our Kindergarten programs will receive Free Kinder funding directly from the Victorian Government, so your family is not out of pocket (and you don’t have to make a claim). Only About Children is participating in Free Kinder at all our
campuses in Melbourne.
