National Campus Directors Conference
Our National Campus Director Conference, themed #YoureTheVoice, celebrated the unique impact of every individual in our organisation. Highlights included a “Diary of a CEO” talk talk by Anna Learmonth, creative workshops, and a Shark Tank-style pitch session, sparking ideas for 2025.
The Excellence Awards honoured outstanding achievements, and a surprise performance of You’re the Voice by 13-year-old Poppy energised Day Two. Sessions on brain development, regulation, and creative techniques like the glitter jar inspired fresh approaches for the year ahead.
Our team left with renewed passion and insights, ready to make a big impact in 2025. Check out the highlights!

National Excellence Awards
The Excellence Awards are an important pillar of our reward and recognition program, OAC Recognise. The awards shine a light on our talented and dedicated team members and provide an amazing opportunity for our teams to come together to celebrate as one.
