Our Campus Director, Eileen

Here at Oac Mosman we believe that it is important to form collaborative relationships with families as this provides ongoing support for their child’s development. Family beliefs, values, cultures and traditions are respected and acknowledged and these are embedded in our curriculum, environment and practices. We believe it is important to provide a safe and secure environment that gives children the opportunity to participate in open ended experiences. This is done through the use of loose parts, having a secure environment and is guided by the educators.

We believe it is important to provide small groups where children and educators are engaging in project based experiences that focus around children’s interest as well as intentional teaching. Our environments are set up in an age appropriate manner that foster children’s curiosity, inquiry and elements of risky play to challenge each child’s individual needs.

If you would like more information regarding our service and require a tour I would be more than happy to show you around. We look forward to meeting you.
