Our Co Campus Directors, Susan and Emma

The early years of a child’s life are the building blocks to their future; developing a sense of purpose in the world, learning about themselves and others in a safe and supportive environment and being invited explore an endless list of wondrous opportunity.

Here at Fairlight, our team believe strongly in our Oac values of working as ‘one’ and celebrating our ‘passion for education’. The Early Years Learning Framework is the foundation for our approach to children’s learning within our campus.

Our team is passionate, dedicated to early education and collectively, have invaluable experience and knowledge of caring for children. Some are parents, some are continuing levels of study and together we are collaborative, creative and here to support our children and families through their journey with us.

We look forward to welcoming you to our campus community!

The team and I take a lot of pride in this little ‘home away from home’ and constantly strive to provide the highest quality education and care for all of our children and families. We aim to provide a relaxed, loving and inviting environment where the children and families feel safe, secure and supported through this invaluable time of early childhood development.

As an early childhood teacher and Campus Director I encourage and strive for collaborative partnerships with all families which in turn brings a sense of community to our campus. Our number one goal is to provide love and education to the children in our care and we do this through our exceptional educational programs, through the indoor and outdoor learning environments and by challenging and encouraging every child to achieve the best possible outcomes.”
