Our Campus Director, Cara
I strive to make our campus a home away from home. Family is very important, and having a strong connection between family and the campus, allows us to create an atmosphere that feels warm, inviting and secure, just like home. Whether it be the mouth-watering smell of our cook creating our lunch, a cuddle with their primary carer, or sharing the success of toilet training your child will receive this and so much more at Castle Hill.
Nestled in bush surroundings our outdoor playground allows children to be as active as they like, riding bikes, playing soccer or t-ball, tending to our vegetable garden or even caring for our resident chickens.
I am passionate about providing endless opportunities for children to grow, explore, experiment, and learn all that they want. Every child is an individual and learns at their own pace, so it is important to provide an adaptive program to help children ask questions, challenge themselves, try new things and take safe risks. Building relationships and listening to each child allows us to empower children, enhance learning outcomes, scaffold their ideas and allow them to feel respected.
Our team create a nurturing environment that mirrors the Oac behaviours – we all have a true passion for education
